Harris had 66.5 million votes to Trump's 71.56 million.

It looks like you're about a week behind. Those were the sort of numbers posted 24 hours after the election. Wikipedia has it 76.06M to 73.12M as of November 15. CNN has it 76.13M to 73.22M. No-one is saying that Trump hasn't won the popular vote but the margin of victory markets is still be in doubt. That suggestions are that there are still 4M votes to count. The final margin of victory is likely to be around 2M rather than the current 2.9M.
