Some comments on the Utah-BYU game:
*Utes have had a tough, tough season.
*QB Rising out. Whittingham said that Wilson and Rose split practice reps, are now competing to start.
*BYU has had a Home Run season. 8-0, Coogs are so far ahead of expectation.
*I like the spot. I'll take the mangy dog. Bitter rival: when YOU are having a down year, it can be awfully sweet to RUIN your rival's season.

I will look at San Diego St. Could be reasons to look Aztecs. Mentioned last week that I thought Boise would be a tough out.

I'm like that on betting markets. If you track my plays back to the start of the season, I think you'll find that I generate some BTCL value doing it this way. Not always, but average should be > +0.50 BTCL value (per play).

Adding two units to NO TEX +6.5 1.82: 2 to win 1.64
...I just don't think Daily is going to play. Daily is still not practicing.
...Army has a bye after this game. So, that would be extra rest b4 Notre Dame.
...Daily is a physical runner, unlike any other qb in the nation. He's either going to be Out or less effective than normal.

That's the way I see it. If he proves me wrong, so be it. I love taking these points (against a likely backup qb).

I like Utah +4.5. I would steer clear @ any # < +4.5.

I'm well aware of the Ute QB issue. Rising out, Wilson has struggled. Wilson and Rose splitting reps now.

Have given my view on BYU. I don't see how they can be this good. And I feel like Utah would love to stick it to their arch-rival.

Some comments on these two:

*Anti-Sun Devil on this game:
1) Some question on RB Skattebo. He's a workhorse. Missing or playing at < 100% would be a big impact. 2) Consider the teams that ArzSt has beaten. It's not a real impressive list. Wyom has been awful. Utah and OklaSt have gone into the tank.

*Air Force is really a spot-play. I know they're bad. It's about putting Fresno at Altitude.

...Fresno might not be tropical. But it's going to be colder than what they're used to.

I view the Colo-TXTech game as Perception versus Reality:

...And they have the two highest-profile players in the game. Sanders/Hunter get notoriety.
