He was also ask to work out horses with a whip with a battery. Some horses will stop if you shock them, some will give it a extra kick. If you worked around the industry you know that. People drink they talk.[/COLOR]

Of course drivers have inside info...but that doesn't mean it's fixed. They know when a horse is sick or sore or just received an injection from the vet...but that doesn't mean it is fixed. Fixed implies a whole race conspiracy...it really doesn't happen. I was a well used harness catch driver for 35 years...I was approached only once in all those years and asked to hold back a horse. The sport has a far far worse reputation than it desrves
