No because in Tennis your at your best when your young, no serve which means you can not advance far in tourneys and you have to work too hard to win games.

Yes. In tennis you should be at your peak performance in the late teens/early twenties. She isn't going to get any better than she is now, most likely. I agree, she will never be a dominant player, but she could be a contender.
