The squad this year is very dangerous, a little luck and continuing to play solid ball and who knows? At the same time, not getting my hopes up too much as I wouldn't be surprised if any of the teams come out of the NL.

Don't look now but the Detroit Tigers are 78-73 and only 1.5 games back of the final wild card spot in the AL. They have a tough series at KC which they took Game 1 last night then head to Baltimore for a 3 game set this weekend.

If they can hold position through that, they close with the Rays and lowly White Sox at home.

Twins (79-71) go @ Cleveland, @ Boston, vs Miami, vs Baltimore

Mariners (77-73) go vs Yankees, @ Texas, @ Houston, vs Oakland
