    Bwin tenis problem Zagreb
I bet, I won, and Bwin said I lost ! No coment, I also have an email from responable from Zagreb, but bwin says I lost. No coment. I attached the iamges with the accounts and scoreboard...
I bet 10 euro on "server wins with receiver on 30" set 1 game 2, I looked at 2 scoreboards in the same time, and it was to 30, so normal I won 45 euro, but bwin says it was deuce, I send an email to the Zagreb oficial tenis tournament site, the response was: server won on 30. What can I do ?

This is a difficult situation. Detailed tennis results don't seem to be all that easy to locate.

I'd suggest trying to find some official transcript of the game in question on the tournament website. If this isn't possible (and I was unable to find anything after about 5 minutes of searching) then your next best bet would be probably to look this information on an international news bureau site (such as, say, Reuters, or AP, or whatever's big in the Zagreb Tennis world).

If this doesn't work out, then I'd suggest asking BWin what data source they used to determine the bet's outcome. Ask them (nicely) to double check the result and send you some sort of official copy. Invite them to e-mail the tournament just as you did.

I think it would be a stretch to assume BWin is trying to steal €55 from you. More than likely this is just an honest mistake. Address the issue with them calmly and rationally see and try to work with them to get this figured out.

And of course if you hit a dead-end, feel free to e-mail Bill Dozer at assistance@sportsbookreview.com.

Youhzny v Gicquel was the quarter final, I believe it was covered by Eurosport and possibly betfair.tv, so a video feed may exist, though it will likely cost more than the bet winnings to obtain it. I don't think point-by-point is kept anyway, OnCourt certainly only provides game by game (1-0, 1-1, 2-1 etc..)
