Thing is, wouldn't have to necessarily SEND that much, as sending less and winning with what is sent would enable one to keep money there and not worry about it nearly as much as one does now.

By the way, what percentage of offshore betting is legal currently?? I don't think ANYONE knows the correct answer to that one. Some will argue it is 110% legal now, and others will claim that it is 100% illegal.
