How do you post pictures here

Hey Guys,

As a guy who is virtually illiterate in computer, If I see a picture I'd like to post here (in this very box where I am writing), do I right click, hit save then click the Paperclip above, hit browse where it uploads. But nothing is ever in the blank box where it says browse. I'm really working at a 3rd grade level here so please excuse my naivete. Any assistance would be appreciated. No topless lasses on Players Talk, correct?
