Has anyone got a list of books that do not impose limits.I know of pinnacle and the greek are there any more

According to sbr review there are no limits,obviously you must know different from your own experience.

Greek imposes those too. Even Pinnacle will cap people on certain kinds of lines when it proves necessary...
