Las Vegas sucks worse every time I visit no double deck games anymore

I just remember what Las Vegas used to be.I know that is get off my lawn and your one of those people that everything was better in the 80.s but i think with las Vegas it was.I would go 20 times a year of course i lived in La so it was easier to get there but you could go anytime a boring Friday night lets go to Vegas for the weekend you did not even need a reservation you could just show up except for big holidays and back then you could leave on a Sunday night and it would not take you 10 hours to get back to LA.I am a old guy now im in bed by 11 i found alternatives, I love the Kansas Star casino it is a hidden gem with a great little sportsbook now me and the wife go there!

My most recent trip to Las Vegas was the first time for me that gambling was not the primary reason.
It was for a concert at the Orleans off of the Blvd.

I avoided the Blvd. like the Black Plaque and looking back that was the most enjoyable trip I ever had.
I'll be back in August for a concert at Caesar's, but that'll probably be the only time I'll be on the Blvd. I'm staying off the Strip.

I have a HUGE bucket of coins that I just built up over the years that is collecting dust now. Come home with change in my pocket through the years and throw it in the big coin bucket that is in my closet. Bucket is full today.

I almost want to donate it to some old fart that lives to play the coin slots in Vegas. Probably have $500-1500 in coins in that bucket. Hard to tell the amount? Heavy lift though.

Destin Florida, Panama City area. I have family in Alabama and Mississippi so upper Florida makes the best sense for me. I want to be able to drive to see them and not fly.

That's my neighborhood! There's a sleazy little poker room and 20 minutes north of PCB, in the old dog track at Ebro. Easy pickings there but you have to keep an eye out for the dozen guys who know wtf they're doing.

Playing BJ on bookmaker in a casino is pretty funny

Yeah, I used to hold my own playing 21 double deck games as I was a decent counter. Still lost of course against long-run unlimited casino bankroll, but I have some nice runs. Now its virtually unplayable and crap on the strip. I had to rely on online 21 to win it back how sick and sad is that?
And the weird thing is it worked that night, sad can't play the real thing but shit whatever works.
