Bwin is bust! Sensetion news alert!
It seems that BWIN will be now forbidden in EU to take deposits from EU citizens, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands is only the beginning. EU has 27 member states and I urge all present BWIN customers to take a closer look if they want to be inside this hurricane of troubles, this EU Commission ruling is the law already that BWIN tried to avoid, now it's final.
I also looked how SBR rates BWIN C- and it's already a concern for players's security, now add this EU ruling and if you are customer, you can be in big trouble.

Very interesting update on BWIN from Bloomberg News, in this article there is a statement from EU Commission and Court of Justice, that says the following:

The Court of Justice said that restrictions may be necessary for Internet gaming because of missing EU rules.
“Because of the lack of direct contact between consumer and operator, games of chance accessible via the Internet involve different and more substantial risks of fraud by operators against consumers,” the court in Luxembourg ruled.

If Court of Justice suspects that there maybe a fraud by online bookmakers such as BWIN, nothing can be added on the part of this book, it's all very clear.

BWINcomFRAUD, so transparent. I thought you had a sound grasp of English.

The issue is about state monopolies, ie. protecting state monopolistic control of gambling from intrusion by foreign providers, whether internet- or shop-based. BWin happened to bring this case as a test case, but the ruling affects many more companies.

Please stop trying to look for garbage on BWin everywhere. Your energy might be better spent campaigning against state monopolies on gambling, so that there's more competition, hence better prices, in mainland Europe.
