It is the customer's responsibility to review all internet wagers prior to confirmation. After the customer confirms the wagers by entering the appropriate password, the wager becomes official and final. Should a mistake become evident after confirmation, the customer must immediately notify the customer service department. If the mistake was detected within 30 minutes of confirmation, and if the contest wagered has not started, and if the lines or odds on the contest have not changed, a customer service supervisor will delete the wager and it can be re-entered correctly.

I NEVER have problem at The Greek when it comes to canceling my wager. Another thing I hate about Betjam is my fees were often not credited to my account unless I call them. Needless to say, I stopped using Betjam. It's too much of a hassle calling them. Btw, the Greek cs are way better and their phone lines are never busy like Betjam.

Luckily, I have not been stiff by any book.
