The committee has it in their guidelines they can negate a team for having an injury that affects their game play. And if anyone watched that game last night, or even against the Gators last week, FSU was dreadful. I mean if they got in, they would have to play Michigan in the Rose Bowl. You thought Iowa's offense was bad against Michigan? Wait til what FSU would have looked like.

I think the committee's errorin all of this was FSU should have been moved down two weeks ago after Travis got hurt and they struggled in the first half against a 3-7 Northern Alabama team. Then the next week they looked horrible against Florida. The outrage is because they were 4 and dropped while Alabama moved from 8 to 4 and Texas from 7 to 3. It should have been Texas, Bama, and FSU next to each other going into this week.

If you think FSU should have been in and were most deserving, that's one thing. If you think it's the committee's goal to put the better team in before Alabama and FSU in as of where they are now, you have no argument. If FSU went through Alabama's schedule with no Jordan Travis, there is no way in hell they would have even won 7 or 8 of those games. Alabama has two wins better than FSU's best win.

People will always complain. Now with 20 team conferences and no organization in college football, you're going to really see some nutty things. Michigan-Ohio State playing three times during the year is not out of the question. Teams traveling across the country from West Coast to East Coast 5 times a year. One conference team may play five teams in the top 15 and another team in that same conference may play 1 team in the top 15. 75% of players leaving to go into the transfer portal because they don't like it where they're at.

Personally, I enjoyed the 4-team playoff and debate. I thought 6 or 8 teams would have been perfect. It would have kept yesterday meaningful. Now, conference championship games between Bama and Georgia will be about "Which team will get a bye?" And who will win the OSU-Michigan rematch.

Yes sir. Everyone else making a fortune so the kids took some control back. Particularly with one year portal deals. Can anyone blame them? Coaches have press conferences about staying and then vanish in the night. Hell- schools hire former guys they fired for BANGING their employees, Petrino.
