tell me why you like the Yanks-185 vs. a pretty good team instead of the Angels -160 against the Royals and Davies .. Santana has been pretty good lately..

maybe they are both winners?..?

fishler, not doubting you here at all, but don't you ever notice you wake up and see a game at ONLY -145 and you say, wow, only -145, that line should be -200 and has to be a mistake.

you then bang it out, and every hr after that, it's now -139, then -134, then -129, and it closes at -126.

this happens so often. it's just impossible to look at a line and say it's too low.. there's a lot of different factors that make a line.. oddsmakers look at not only pitchers, but about 243 other things..

you say you dont like to gamble, you dumpster dive and scalp instead... but CC at -180 is a gamble.. he's known to have crappy outings and the Rays lineup can punish anyone on a given day.. While you are watching lines, i am watching games.. and i can tell you the Angels -160 is a better play then the Yankees today..

Rays may lose.. but to say this is going to be some easy win thats a great play at -180 is misleading the masses that love you Fish.. 5 rays hitting over .300 off CC.. not counting Longria who is (1-3)..

I know one game is over already and the Angels are losing late. But the best team in baseball with one of the best pitchers at home at basically the same odds as a team on the road on get away day should be the better play.
