Never seen lacrosse played before but I doubt Id like it since theres not really the big time competition like there is in football (in other words no one I know gives a shit about lacrosse) as for soccer I wouldnt watch it even if I had money on it, an hour and a half worth of game for a couple of skinny white boys to finally kick a ball into the net, just not entertaining to me Im sorry, maybe if I grew up in Europe or something I would see how great it was but just kickin the ball around doesnt entertain meOriginally posted by laxdjockComment -
Fair enough. Give lacrosse a shot though, as it is fast, a bunch of hitting, and it is high scoring. Some of the rules can be a bit odd, but the general game is easy to figure out.
As for soccer....it is an acquired taste, and only the top levels are worth watching for a casual fan. Some people swear by the World Cup because of every country's passion, but the most consistent soccer is in the Premier League. Of course, I've started betting on soccer, so that may take some of the fun out of the non-bet games....:lol:Comment -
