How many times do i have to say it play with them, the bad stories that everyones heres is many some kind of scheme and them getting caught just like any other book would do. And anything that has happened was from 2007 when the laws changed, they have new owners since then and they pay everyone. You can have any of ther skins just dont bet on the same games at the same times in the different skins. Every story you here has some story behind it that they are not saying. I had a great time with them throughout the years and there bonuses are always good.
Why is Sportsbook.com D- rating?

Guess the players having money taken from their poker accounts is a scheme too?
Using your logic there is nothing to worry about until they do steal from you. So why not post up at any book, because they are safe until they steal from you...Comment -

#145Thats PlayerOnly not Sportsbook and i read that, they even showed the players proof of when and where the extra money was deposited. Makes no sense to me that none of those players not even one even at those limits of 2-4nl holdem didnt even have poker tracker or holdem manager which tracks there money for them. 2-4nl you really mean to tell me this crap there just mad that the money that was not theres taken back. I wont say how much but i've had a pretty hefty amount in times in my accounts and never had any issues.Comment -

#147Hedge I already said to try and ask them now to reconsider and maybe you will get something out of it but you refuse to at least try, im not saying there the best im just saying what ive experienced from them. I said sorry before and i will say sorry again for anyone that had money taken from them as i would be pissed too, but i have played poker with them when they were on the cake network never had any issues, i've bet sports throughout the years never had any issues. This is my story from what i can only say is good and that in my eyes are a good book, also for my friends that use them.Originally posted by HedgeHogYou must not have read my post about recent thefts. I know how much you hate them Hedge and im on your side cause we are on this end of it, but i cant say bad about them and there are people here that are wondering so i say my story.

#155This book won't hesitate to take hundreds of thousands from winning players at any given time. They are doing pretty good on the business side right now so they are less likely to steal and risk more bad press. If the have a down football season they will start combing through accounts to pick from and make the quarter look better. Ask RickySteve about it and 40 others who lurk here.Originally posted by Legions36Thats PlayerOnly not Sportsbook and i read that, they even showed the players proof of when and where the extra money was deposited. #157I wish I knew about this forum before I started betting online.
I just had a check bounce from sportsbook.com for $65.45. Add the bounce check fees and I'm out $88.45. I called customer service and I'm supposed to get all info and e-mail it to them. I asked him to send an e-mail to confirm our conversation and advise steps I must take to procure funds and he refused. "Policy".
I get the feeling that this is standard practice for them. They give online gaming a bad name.Comment -

This has happend to me a few times from them (although not since 08') but they do take care of fees and they will send you another check that will clear... Their processors do change bank accounts so stuff like this happens once in a great while...

#160Been a customer with SB since it opened and yes they have been inconsistent but lately much better. the *** payout option has been great. Most of the time the withdrawal is in my account within two days and then in my bank 2 days later. They seem to have improved. I put a large withdrawal in system sunday night and by tuesday afternoon it was in my account. They are better than a D rated book in my experience. frustating at times with slow payouts but they do give great bonuses.Comment -

I shouldn't have to deal with the inconvenience of a bounced check and neither should anyone else. If they can't cover $65.45 they have big problems and I would never spend another nickel with them, nor should anyone else that cares about their money.Comment -

#168Jazette Enterprises Ltd, aka Jassy Sports Events is the company behind several of the gaming sites on this platform including Sportsbook.com and PlayersOnly.com. Not knowing of these problems, I recently made a small deposit on SB.com. The money and an international transaction fee was taken from my bank account and never credited to my SB.com account. This was a deposit, not a withdrawal. I called and they told me I would have to scan and email the transaction. I sent it. I emailed for 4 days with no response. I chatted live and was told they would only accept a bank statement. I advised them I sent the transaction information including the transaction IDs, and I won't have a statement covering the date in question for 3 weeks. I was told they can't do anything about it. It is evident this is a scam in which they extend the time period for any recovery based on unreasonable requests for information. The transaction IDs are sufficient for them verify the information. They hope people will lose interest or just give up. In any event, people are damaged by their actions.
Since I have experienced this personally and have found hundreds of others with complaints spanning approximately 6 years, it is apparent that this company poses a threat to the public, and should be shut down. I will be presenting specific information to the (proper authorities), and welcome anyone who was legitimately defrauded by this company or group of companies to forward information to me regarding their situation. I will include those with verifiable information in my report.
I will not return to this board to debate.Comment -

I'm unable to provide the documents they need because I'm out of town right now, but they've already admitted to the mistake. Instead of just sending a check to me, they credited my online account of $65.45 completely ignoring the bounced check fee I have incurred. It'll be interesting to see if I ever get that back. It's obvious they expect me to gamble and lose it instead of ever paying me.

#172A bounced check doesn't mean they can't cover your lunch money you tool box. These forums are for when you have sent a copy of your bounced check and they don't issue you another one not for someone that spazzes out about being asked to send in a little paper work.Originally posted by Yanni3003You shut the **** up. Hey pinhead how about asking for a withdraw if it's in your account..? You will get the fee when you are "ABLE" not "UNABLE" to provide those documents.Originally posted by Yanni3003Just a quick follow up:

#173What's up with the name calling on this site? I thought forums were to help others and share experiences, not bashing each other for it. If you're comfortable betting with a site that bounces checks for such minimal amounts and so many negative reviews, then have at it. But when you get robbed, don't come on here crying and bitching about it.Originally posted by ShamsWoof10Hey pinhead how about asking for a withdraw if it's in your account..? I'm aware I need to get them the documents to get my bounced check fee back, but I shouldn't have to request another check. It should've been sent. And I'll never get paid for my time and energy spent for trying to get my money back.Comment -
