Why Can't I see SBR Videos in the Posts that I open

There is a box where the video should be but I don't have any option to play. I am also unable to watch the videos similar to SBR videos on other sites as well however the only exception is Youtube where the videos do open and allow me to play. Does anyone know if I need to download a program or what the reason for this is? Thanks.

re install the Flash player again to see if it fixes it
