Ya its not illegal, but why would canadian bank have restrictions against online gambling. I mean we have free health care, and the gambling and drinking age is 19 in canada

Scotiabank has decided to play God and generally refuse Moneybookers transactions because of their association to gambling. Most likely this money will never hit your account and will be refunded back to your Moneybookers account. After that take a check.
