I am guessing that the NFL wants this game to be played or it would have already been cancelled.
Sad situation.

Most likely will be cancelled but taking 30 minutes to think through repercussions isn’t a bad thing. Cancelling at 10 vs 930 won’t change much but gives time to make sure your considering this appropriately.
