Betcris no wire transfers less than $10K
    See email below.

I don't understand why in the world they can not do a wire transfer for less than $10K if I am willing to pay the fees. I further do not understand why they can not post these policies on their website.

Since the maximum check withdrawal is $4990 every 7 days, customers with withdrawals between $4990 and $10K now must wait up to a month to have their money, since they can only put in one request per 7 days.

The good news is that this sportsbook has paid me 3 times since the "crisis" began, but those books who do not continue to offer good customer service are going to face problems down the road.

    Sir,

Due to recent changes in the deposits/payouts oferred at Betcris, we inform you that bankwires will be processed only if the amount requested is equal or more than $10,000, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and suggest you review with Customer Service what other methods (i.e. Moneygram, Cashier checks, etc) are available at this point.

Any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Regards,
    Becky

There are many things in life I worry about. Cris paying me is not one of them.

I guess CRIS doesn't apply their larcenous transaction fees when they send their affiliate payments huh? For those of us that actually have to earn a dollar by putting money at risk, CRIS stealing hundreds of dollars in the course of returning us our own money is quite worrisome. Maybe I'm unreasonable, but full juice coupled with embezzlement of the coins from every wager seems like more than enough edge as it is.

This book should be downgraded alongside Cascade and many others. How can CRIS keep an A rating given such payout delays and not to mention such rules and fees?

Pinnacle is way ahead of CRIS these days, and still they have the same rating? Just doesn't make any sense at all. Pinnacle paid almost as usual when they decided to throw out thousands and thousands of US customers so why can't CRIS do the same?
