Bills have fired Offensive Coordinator Turk Schonert. The Bills have had a poor Preseason offensively. The team failed to score a touchdown in their past two exhibition games. Florio reports that Quarterbacks Coach Alex Van Pelt will take over for Schonert. The Bills have scheduled a 1:30 p.m. press conference today.
Schonert would be the third Offensive Coordinator to lose his job before the 2009 Season. The Chiefs fired Chan Gailey while Tampa Bay let go of Jeff Jagodinski.Comment -
