Screen Capture Toolbar

I downloaded the SBR Screen Capture toolbar file and ran it but when I open an IE webpage I don't see anything in the IE toolbar that says Screen capture.

How do I do the Screen capture and Get the Screen Capture box to be on my IE toolbar?

easiest way to take a screen shoot is

put whatever on your screen you want to take a screen shot of
1) press print screen on your keyboard
2) open MS paint and click edit<paste
3) save the file in paint
4) uplaod where you please
