If they wanted that then they'd ban you from the forums and delete any complaints you have made. However, it might be a good idea to contact SBR directly with your issue rather than play this out on the forums.

I'd probably most likely chose Pags to jack off too.

just PM Bill Dozer and he will take care of you. He's a good guy that has help alot of people out!!
This doesn't look good on SBR at all. But it's not the first time that a VIP screw job goes unresolved. Back when Securebuxx folded, a player was scammed out of 1k or so by VIP but nothing happened to their rating.

I had a large dispute with them a few months ago and it took over a month to resolve (and for a while I felt like you did--e-mails to both Bill and VIP were going unanswered). In the end though it was resolved as well as I could have imagined--drop them a line and somebody over there will help.

Sammy,
You are encouraged to keep the forum posted but send me another email please. I don't have any PMs from you and searching the email you have for the forum doesn't bring up anything on this topic. Apologies if I missed it.
Your original complaint was that your limits were dropped to 200 right after you deposited, you gave up the bonus but had to bet through 1x anyway? If that is the case I would suggest that a prorated bonus (4x? 25% of the rollover?) would be appropriate.

Does SBR charge for their help?I know they were insrumental in helping me when I was trying to find another offshore book after getting scammed good by BOS.Never received a bill or invoice from them.Anyway ,I think if these guys are helping for free on disputes, they should be getting thanks....not berated. In case I did'nt mention it before"THANKS DAN AND BILL FOR YOUR ADVISE!!!

I guess after at least one bet?

So VIP decides that they do not want his business, but still require him to bet through 1x his deposit before he may withdraw?

If I understand correctly, he already wagered at the lower limits. If so, VIP will likely compensate him when they have his account ID.
