UTSA -175

The Red Raiders win over Miami is extremely overblown. The Canes, were coming back from a battle in College Station and just flat out weren't ready to play. Even the read this quote : "We looked at that team, 'Oh, we're going to win this game,'" Miami offensive lineman Jalen Rivers said. "So we came in obviously unmotivated ... and we got punched in the mouth"

Canes turned It over on the first 3 possessions and gave up plays of "98,89,71,& 69". It was over before halftime, they pulled their QB and just completely folded.

MTSU is not a good football team, they got smacked by JMU 44-7. In week 2 they again started off with a pick 6 @ Rado St who couldn't beat an SBR Forum team. Then they Blewout another winless Tenny St Team who has scored 9 points combined in the last 2 weeks and is even worse than Rado St. Now they have a short practice week off that Miami win to play UTSA.

The Road Runners went to triple OT w/ Then Ranked Houston losing on a 2 point conversion, beat Army on the road and , was Tied with Texas at Half @ Texas. Then they just went off last week , against yes a bad Texas Southern Team.

But the quality of these two teams are far away being overlooked by this Miami game.

Frank Harris is a Senior QB who's completing 68% of his passes w/ 10-2 Td/int ratio. On the Other Side MTSU's Senior QB has inflated numbers that still aren't even good and is turnover prone. He's already been sacked 10 times as well (against that awful schedule)

The number opened Correctly at 6.5 but its getting bet down I really think in the wrong direction due to just people overlooking the details of this matchup.

The Roadrunners are going to contend for this C-USA Title and remember went 12-2 last year.

The Red Raiders are under a new coordinator who instituted an Air Raid offense , so I just see them falling behind and throwing a few picks.

UTSA is currently +230 to win the conference while MTSU is +800 and 5th. (they just moved after Miami)

Its just a huge mismatch imo.

I understand Friday night on the road can be tough, but I feel -175 is a gift.

I personally have some open spots I filled and started a new one as well.

kansas should get pounded. mich scores 20+ then they should cover easily. bama looked mediocre vs texas, and no big play receivers like in seasons past. probably a down year for them...but really hard to say that about that program with how they always seem to pull it together and get better during the season.

Houston line seems VERY short at 2.5. I think the wave is well coached and scrappy but Cougs start to perform to pre-season expectations.

Also think this is too many to give Purdue and they keep it within that number.

i like Cade, he seems like a good kid, he is just simply outgunned by the young buck who has all of the bells and whistles and needs to be on the field lest he might transfer out if he does not get significant playing time. that is not a knock on the kid, that is just the way it is - if they are not going to play, they are going somewhere else. i would have my son do the same thing so i do not knock the process and what options they have.

Agreed. Cade will be fine. Getting a great education and will still have eligibility left. He will always be known for stabilizing the program a bit with last year. Granted- need to have a solid year as a program this year as well. You are right, have to go with the younger guy because he has all the athleticism you need in college today. I think the days of low scoring games against Ohio state are over… track meet. They need to keep feeding Corum the ball as well.
