Billy Wagner.......underrated HOF career......look at these numbers!!
    385 saves

    11.8 strikeouts per 9 innings!

Having not pitched in one of the top four major markets(until recently)the media as really not shed much spotlight on this guy.

What pitchers with at least 250 wins or saves have or had this high of strikeout per nine inning ratio?

I take that back Mr. Fishhead, the numbers show up better than Rollie Fingers! You could be onto something here? Maybe not in the postseason spotlight also and for being a total prick towards just about everyone he meets! The Lostache should be on the top of every wish list!

What's even more amazing is he's a natural righty.

After breaking his arm a few times as a kid, he taught himself how to throw left handed.

Bah....he couldn't cut it in a big market....hes a bum and I definitely don't think hes HOF. Its not all about numbers....

Think about it this way...when you say someone's name you should know immediately if they are HOF material or not....if you have to question it then they aren't. To me Wagner doesn't pass the HOF sniff test.

Wagner is a big mouth hill billy toilet. One of the reason for the Mets collaspe. He gets the team in a closed door meeting last year and tells them...."your all a bunch of underachievers" then goes out an blows 3 in a row to the phils gg. When this cok came back from Tommy John I was hoping his fastball clocked at about 45 an some one would line one back in his hill billy mouth. Also after blowing lead after lead 2 years ago he said the worst thing you could ever do to your son is make him a Mets fans. SO HOF I hope not....I would rather they elect him to Arkansas for life.
