Rules to follow:



Contest will run from Thursday 9/03 through Monday 9/21.


Maximum total wagers allowed per player will be 50.


Wagers will be Football spreads and totals only (NFL or NCAA).


Post the wager using any line from the books listed on SBR Odds.

Note the book you are using in your wager post. This and the time stamp will be used to verify your line. List your wager amount in units to win.

(Maximum single wager amount will be 5 units.)

The player with the highest unit accumulation (as calculated daily by me) at the contest's end will be declared the winner. The losing participant shall then be required to pay the victor a previously agreed upon sum of SBR points.

Rules are up. I think they meet our needs here, but I'm open to any suggestions. If both participants are OK with what I've come up with, then we can kick this off whenever. Contest starts tomorrow and runs through the Monday night game of the 21st. 2- 1/2 weeks or 50 plays. Seem fair?

I don't want to do this challenge. It's pointless.

Dac, you guys are playing for glory first and foremost. I say we establish a set amount before this starts, though. I don't like Z's idea of all the points you each have at the end. That's not necessarily equitable.

How about we make it a 100 point wager? I will do everything within my power to make sure the winner gets paid, even if it means me providing the points as fast as I can accrue them. I don't think it would come to that, though.

Basically what I'm saying is that I'll underwrite a 100 point wager if it will help make this contest a reality. Let's just put the formalities behind us and get on with making picks.
