Does this book have a web site so you can see the lines before calling them?

Also, with credit shops can you call the shop and place your wager or do you have to call the books local agent in your area?

I've been wondering about these "credit shops" for a while - the implication is that there are semi-private books that take gigantic bets but which are not visible to the public. Certainly would at least like to know their pricing on things...
