I observed an older white, heavyset man with a cane to pull in here, and proceed to unload his truck in the dumpster by the mailboxes. He then left. I checked my mail at this time, to get the plate... he waved to me, like I knew him. I'm pretty sure he is not from here.

Bright red, late model, fullsize pickup, with toolboxes, I think it was a Dodge truck, maybe a Chevy. Whichever one says 1500 on the side.

I'm sure not going to call Police. I could have scared the guy.... walk up to his truck, and write down his plate # on a clipboard !. I'll have to take a look at what he dumped, I think furniture.... not to take it like a FH, just to see what it was.

When I trash something like furniture, I cut it into little pieces, so it it doesn't fill the whole ****ing dumpster. The association might have to schedule an extra pickup for this guy's trash, depending on what it is.

I didn't go apeshit over it, and call Cops, or even confront the old man. I just reported it to the Association.

I feel if he causes an extra trip, say it costs the 59 units here, $120, that's $2 a unit !

It's costing your condo extra money for dumping his old furniture in your condo's dumpster. What if others started doing this? You association fees will go up as they will have to schedule more pickups. Old guy should just pay the extra $30 to have some garbage company pick it up at his place. Let your association deal with it, you did the right thing.

I doubt he's a contractor, too old and needs a cain. but a brand-new looking Dodge Ram 1500, or say a 25k truck.

I'd know the truck.... if he lived here, only 59 units and 12 buildings here. Mass plates in CT, don't wash well either.

We can't allow just anybody to dump here, otherwise we ( the people that live here), get ****ed with extra dump runs.

Is 2 dollars really worth your time writing down license plates and emails? I mean yea if he does this more than once I understand but seems a lil dickish to be staking out the dumpsters

We have non licensened contractors dump roofing material a couple blocks from my house. if i catch the mother fvckers I will turn them in. Hurts me too, as I sometimes haul garbage in my personal truck, and need that dumpster, for myself.... not some Foreigner from Mass.

Exactly, maybe he's dumping her furniture while shes moving and you make a huge scene over 2 bucks and get known as the condo jackass, not worth it imo, if he repeat dumps then you have to take action but one time dumper its not worth the trouble
