I do agree with you there. BM/JB has some pretty awful CS. Most books do. I don't know why they can't put some money into training their CS better. Today marks 3 weeks without the ability to use Bookmaker or access to my funds. They gave me the same response via email today, they will get back to me when they are done with the investigation. I know it doesn't help to get upset and we have no recourse, which sucks even more. I've asked for them to either activate the account or make it so I can withdraw my funds and be on my way.
