Have Bookmaker but never used it, made 2 bets and tripled money , sent in all docs they are saying updated but account still locked and under review!!

Yes, that was the original owner company name.

Apparently they are now separately run but still share backend.

Wait a minute so you’re saying having an account @ BK & JB is against their rules ? I play at both, now I have won @ BK I have nearly 30k of their money. I have never won @ JB, so you mean to tell me they are free rolling me until I actually win ?

Books do this a lot. As long as you lose they stay quiet. Once you win they hit you with the rule you broke.

No, not against their rules as far as I know. But they have been making quite a few people use only one and closing their other account in the last 6 months or so. Not exactly sure why they choose who to do it to.

I've had accounts at CRIS, Bookmaker & Justbet for years. For me the differences are that CRIS payouts are 24/7 via bitcoin while BM & JB are only weekdays and I only get bonuses from Justbet, probably because I've never taken a payout from them.

Yeah I know sportsbook.com and linemakers.com did this to me 15 years ago stiffed me 18k. SBR‘s own Bill Dozer couldn’t help me get my funds after contacting them.

I like JustBet and use them as a 4th option but I had a bad losing streak with them and ran my account down to $.83. They've been sending me e-mails & texts almost daily with re-up bonus offers & betpoint offers. Maybe their account reps have to hit a quota of new customers & re-ups before they can deal with winning customer issues.

I just had a bad feeling about this and should of trusted my gut but I thought I did my own due diligence. I opened up a JustBet account a few days ago. I've been using Bookmaker since January. I even got on the horn to chat support before I deposited to ask them if it was against terms of service to have both accounts and they said it was ok. I'm thinking I got flagged because of the two accounts or it may have been a cardinal sin, since I withdrew some funds from BM the day before and opened up the JB account the next day. My JB 2nd bet lost after my first won and the balance is 0 but I use BM for most of my action, especially with Baseball props.

I sent in my selfie and id photos to get re-verified but they still say a different department is handling the investigation. Hoping it gets resolved soon so I can get back in the game but it sucks being stuck for now!

Still no word? It's only been 2 days for me but very frustrating. I love the lines of offshore but it's an unsettling feeling that there's no guarantee your money is safe when these things happen, just faith in the system that has worked, especially when you stay with books that have at least a worthy reputation.

Today's response is what you are hearing. Going on Day 3. "I can see that your account is still under review buy our team in charge which is validating information and can not provide a specific time frame. We are aware and this department will contact you as soon ad the review is completed."

I think we a global economy that's heading into the thank, crypto losing it's shorts and books fighting for a smaller pool, these may be the tactics that they resort to, to help shore up the bottom line. With little to no recourse, I'll give it another few days and then maybe take to Social Media.

Pretty bad information in here. Justbet is an A+ book. They pay 25k a day and you'll get it within an hour of requesting.

Let's make a list of all the books that pay 25k a day and send it the same day you request it:
1. BM/JB family
2. BOL/sbag family

That's the whole list.
