Stand on opposite ends of a street. Wait for babe to walk by carrying purse. Have friend run past babe and snatch her purse. You will pursue, tackle him and grab purse, but he gets away. Babe will think you are a hero. Here you can say many things:

Another strategy though difficult to pull off:
Find an elevator in a building that does not have air conditioning. Wait for babe to come into elevator. As elevator is going up, discretely push the stop/alarm button. Hopefully you are stuck in elevator for a while and as it gets hot will have to remove some clothing. She will understand if you get completely naked, and also maybe turned on by your package.
