But it not on SBR lines. Show me a screen shot of the wager available on SBR lines of that line with that payout, not from the books website.

His thread at the top of his 8/31 post says that IF you find the line at one of the sports books its a valid bet. I found it at TheGreek.

His rules at the top also state that ALL Bets are valid if they are under 30 points, and you DO NOT need confirmation.

He then posts about my bet LATER saying that my bet wasnt valid.... yet NO WHERE does it state that I have to check and recheck my bets to make sure there is action. Since ALL BETS under 30 points do not need confirmation.

So I placed the bet, and left it. Not knowing I NEEDED confirmation on it, since according to his TOPIC POST that if I found a line at any of the books listed on SBR, it was valid if under 30 points.

I also wanted to make it clear, Books where the bets are found on sbr lines are required and as long as games are posted by gametime they are valid and dont require confirmation,This is to avoid other books that have a bunch of odd numberes lines that cannot be rounded in to even numbers of points. Most points to be won in a single bet is 30, so if u bet 90 to win 30 because of a -300 heavy chalk line by gametime your bet is valid and doesn not require confirmation, Thanks again for the action and look forward to a fun Monday, Good luck fellas!

*All bets are rounded up so if u bet a -105 line it will 32 points so if u want the best offer try to make these lines on an even basis!

DOES not say I have to use SBR LINES, it says BOOKS where SBR LINES are found.

IF he wanted only LINES on SBR LINES...

then it should say "BETS THAT ARE FOUND ON SBR LINES"

such vague wording makes it that you can place a bet as long as the bet is listed at ANY of the books on SBR lines.

The needed to be revised. I can see it being confusing. I read it has "you can only take a bet that shows on SBR lines". Other read it as "any book any bet from sbrlines"

I justwant2bpaid.........please change your wording to "Accept any bet from SBR Lines. Any other bet requires approval"

he has to be able to confirm the bet by looking at sbrlines.com that is the spirit of his stipulation.... so that rules out actually going to the book to wager ANYTHING they offer.

it gets too complicated to deal with point buys, teasers, parlay's ect as a small time point bookie

I'd have to agree with Iwin's findings here

Yes but according to him, any bet for UNDER 30 points does not need confirmation. Also the vague wording of the rules leaves an open door for intereptation, which by law leaves it open to discussion. In which case could fall under a small part of the "Vagueness Doctrine" which leaves him on the wrong side of the judgement and me in the right.

And he is only fair because somehow, and no idea why, he found in your favor. Even tho what I have pointed out contradicts that one sentence he based his judgement on, and chose to ignore the 3 others I pointed out.

is it that big of a deeal, im actually going to law school next fall as well and maybe then ill be able to write a better contract, i tried to make this clear and im sorry for the misunderstanding, in the past honest to god i have told at least 3 other people they couldnt but points and naver had to deal with this kinda crap.im sorry if it is that big of a deal cause i like u but rob is an immature bastard and i dont feel the least bit bad for telling him to f off causse hes always been a dick to me since i joined this forum and then he tried to cheat me, hes an asshole all around and im not going to pay him and couldnt care less what he thinks, im going to keep on keeping on and i wish u the best, and that fukk mikails like a nat that keeps landing on your shoulder, i feel like squashing him cause hes so annoying. he paid me at least though cause he knew he was in the wrong but then jumped on the bandwagon.

How was I supposed to know my bet wasnt valid? According to YOUR RULES (as I posted above):

1.All bets ARE VALID if the payout is 30 points or less
2. Must be a line from a BOOK that is listed on the front age of SBR lines - (I got the line from TheGreek, which is a book listed on the front page)
2. Bet for 30 points and under DO NOT NEED confirmation to be valid - hence why I did not feel the need to re-check my wager as I followed all the rules of your book.
3. NO WHERE in your rules does it not say points can not be bought - just as long as I got the line from a book listed on SBR

Hence, Im in the right.

It will STOP when I get my points for my valid wager, since all rules of your book were followed when I posted it. How was I supposed to know you canceled it before gametime, when it CONFIRMED according to you if I followed the rules. Why would I need to recheck to make sure its valid?
