Being a middle man is called aiding and abeting and is a VERY serious charge in many jurisdictions. Although it is hard to catch a charge for something like this it will change your life if you do.

as far as this situation, this was 1st time this happened. Me and Casper are buddies, he is in my fantasy football league, so we used to talk a lot and stuff, about SBR, sports, w-e, just shoot the blue. Then on Saturday, he texts me saying he needs a favor so I say yea sure. Do I know any loan sharks?

I'm 19 and not in that deep..yet..hopefully not....but still, don't know any loan sharks..due to not needing one or not being that far in debt.

I say, ask Tony, he may know one....he says him and Tony don't like each other or w-e, so I cal Tony and ask him and he says he will call Casper...that's all I did. The rest is b/t them.

All i did was set up a conversation b/t them, nothing else

Its all good Sammy don't get worried as chances are nill anything would come of something like this just be careful man, I have had experiences being involved with such things and more serious that "are no big deal" until warrants are served on you. When it comes down to it the judges are dicks and the cops just don't care as a wise friend once told me "don't depend on the good will of others" because the fact is going in front of a judge he can do whatever he wants his perception is all that matters and tough judges could care less about whether you thought what you did was innocent

I am not starting any drama or nonsense but after seeing all of this I cannot stand silent. It is my understanding that Casper is in trouble and probably the last place he should be is in Vegas. It sounds like he needs an intervention. I did speak with him for a few minutes at the bash and he seemed like a cool guy. I didn't talk to him about his problems or him needing anything at all. I didn't get the impression he needed money or was in any kind of trouble. When I did get home I received a text from a good guy that I talk to on the forums asking me if I could loan Casper some money. It really caught me off guard and thought to myself why doesn't Casper just ask me himself? I kindly responded, I don't loan money out to friends that I have known all my life that live here in my town, let alone a person that gambles and I know from the internet. I do wish Casper all the best and hope he gets his life straightened out. I would of liked for him to ask me personally than someone else though. I am not sure if it is gambling problem, drugs or whatever, but I do hope he gets the help he needs. If he does need help in that field of getting help, than I can help him. It is what I do for a living. Regardless if somebody's life is on the line, call me a cold person but I still wouldn't loan money out. Wish you all the best Casper.
