The site was down for a good bit.

Now it's back up but there are these weird non-English characters all over the site.

Were they attacked?

I don't know. I didn't experience any down time but I was only using for a few minutes before the 1 o'clock games. Everything was okay. When I try it now it looks normal. No non-English characters.

I dealt with it for a month before finally getting fed up when the odds format switched as well.

I tossed my Pinnacle cookies and it's back to normal.

Still don't get why the site was doing this to me, though.
