How can I learn not to chase losses??
Everytime I lose, I get the urge to chase it back by doubling down on bet size

How can I train myself to be OK with losing? I've been winning a huge percentage of the time last 2 -3 months but everytime I lose, I start doubling down

Take a day off to reset after you lose a bet and feel the tilt coming.

Eventually you will get buried doing that strategy.

It seems like you won't learn that until it actually happens since you say you do it every time you lose.

Being able to take a loss and walk away is an important thing to learn in gambling.

1 - calculate the probability you will win.
2 - using a multiplier of 0.25 (or less), enter the result from step one here: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/bet...ly-calculator/
3 - bet whatever the calculator tells you to.
