Iowa Will Do Nothing in The Big Dance

I was up in small sh!thole called Lawler. I think it's northern Iowa by the Minnesota border.

Iowa is a scrappy defensive team with good shooting. Good offense. They have a "shooter's chance" in the tourney. It seems the Purdue coach was resting his big man "Edey" today and he played here and there. Even with Edey not playing much they got out-boarded badly in this game. I wonder what the rebounds were when Edey was playing?

Definitely a weak spot for Iowa is lack of the bigs. Will be difficult to win a game with an "Edey" playing major minutes in the tourney against Iowa. They will have to shoot a high percentage, not turn the ball over, and be scrappy like today on defense.

Despite ignorant comments by one SBR low-IQ moron about me not knowing anything about CBB....all I have to watch is a teams first game in the conference tourneys to get a good grip on what they're about.

Iowa was a gift for me today no doubt ($$$), but game might've been different with major minutes from Edey.

Lotta teams are front runners these days, but Iowa loves it. They may win this tourney, but they will fold as soon as they feel pressure. Their numbers over the last 40 days suggest Elite Eight, but won’t happen, prob not even close.

Congrats Iowa, you are a really good team — and sort of built well for the tourney. If you overachieve just a bit, you could be a final four team, sadly I foresee major underachievement

Therefore, its all about who they end up playing throughout. That's why its almost impossible to make a comment "They have no chance", etc. If they don't run into a team with major bigs up to the FF, then they have an advantage until they do. Also Iowa is 3rd in rebounding in the B10. Most teams don't have a 7'4 giant Mongoloid in the middle and another huge fat (but athletic) dude thats like 270 backing him up. Those 2 got 25 rebounds today. Iowa is fine in that department. Overall B10 was kind of flat this year. I'd be surprised if any of them made the FF

Yes, Wisconsin got screwed a few times after the Champ game because the committee has things locked and loaded - That's the negative with playing the last Conference Final. And yes Iowa is dangerous and should be a higher seed!

Problem w/Iowa is they like to play fast, but they have too many white guys to press so decent teams can slow it easily on them. Just have to grind them out. Have to be able to beat them on the boards 2H
