Best method to get pending EFT's cancelled?
Can anyone tell me what the best way to handle this? It appears they don't read their emial but send a standard form letter in return. They never answer the phone for me, so I'm stumped. What methods have you used to get your pending EFT's cancelled?

    Thanks in advance.

Which phone number have you been calling? If you've been calling the VIP # and getting the message that they can't take your call, call the regular number. I've had no problems getting through this way.

But make sure they transfer you to VIP after you get through, they're much about canceling EFTs. They should do it immediately.

This is BS. I just got off the phone with them again and they wouldn't do it over the phone. I asked to be transferred - NOPE.

I got some of mine cancelled over the phone. But one EFT and Check they said they COULDN'T cancel. So I emailed who they told me to email and they didn't respond. So I have called them couple times since demanding they contact thsi other depart directly to get in cancelled.

Is nice that they got many of them cancelled the first time over the phone, but the few that remain are a real bitch to get cancelled.

Rolemand, I take it you're not VIP then?

I'm pretty sure I heard from others that said, "just keep calling until you find someone who'll do it." That is BS, I'd be mad as hell if I couldn't even pursue the one crappy option being given to us.
