He didn't grab Howard at all, he simply wanted to explain to him why he called the timeout - and even if he grabbed him lightly, which he didn't, you can't punch people in the face.

What Howard did was obviously wrong, and nothing close to what Garb did.

I agree Howard was wrong. I believe he should be fired but Gard got into Howard’s face, grabbed his right arm while trying to explain himself. Howard wanted no part of the conversation, told Gard to not touch him. Then he went off the rails taking a swipe at the assistant. I would have excused Howard a bit if he swiped at Gard for touching him but an assistant that didn’t touch you? That was a bitch move.

I would fire Howard because this isn’t his first incident but I would have also suspended Gard a game or two for being an ass.

Pretty clear to see Howard was trying to avoid Gard. He wasn’t even looking at him. He clearly says, “I’ll remember that shit”. Gard then cuts Howard off, clearly grabs his right arm and his shirt. Gard most definitely grabbed Howard.

The video speaks for itself! Howard says "I'll remember that sh*t", THEN Gard stops him. Where did you see Gard grab Howard first? You didn't because that's not what happened. I do agree Mac they are both at fault but Howard fired the first shot in that exchange.
