Does SBR have tricks up their sleeves where they will be giving away huge amount of points at some point? 4 months to achieve this seems unrealistic as of right now even if you posted every day wrote a blog every day won a few contests and hammered the forum points bookie .

I understand its a HUGE expensive thing and very nice to be there at all but realistically I don't see this being possible at current levels. Maybe if some 2000-10000 contests came out and someone won 4-5 which would be a miracle in itself

If I had that many points I would buy a big ticket item like TV or something

Yes I was thinking the same, totally unrealistic. Especially now that you only get 25 pts every 1000 posts now. It will never happen, that is why this points thing just isn't really fun anymore. They put a limit of 15 a day per 50 posts and that was a good idea. I guess people stopped posting as much, I guess now that you get 25 every 1000 they figure people would post more to get to 1000. Maybe if we got 100 for every 1000 or something it would be a little more realistic. Like a max of 1000 a mth at the most, not like tpowell did and did 2000 posts in 3 days.
