    With Obama?

Seems strange for a Canadian to be so obsessed with an American President.

    Just askin

    well, where do I start?

Don't you believe that the USA influences a lot of the world? more people want to come to America than any other country. A lot of what we are about in Canada comes from the values of the USA. Yes, we have our differences of course but nevertheless, they are our cousins and the USA is the symbol of freedom and democracy. Canada and the US are the world's largest trading partners in the entire world as I am sure that you are aware. I feel they get blamed too much when there are conflicts but also feel they don't get enough credit for all they do to spread peace (yes, sometimes peace has to be defended) and freedoms to all parts of the world.

    How's that for a start?

I love the USA as I do Canada. Their politics are more interesting and relevent to me in the large scale

Possibly, but mostly its poor people from Latin countries that want to get in, you don't see boatloads of Europeans leaving Europe for America like back in the old days.

      Perhaps.

The US is interesting no argument there, but I couldn't love a foreign country as much as I love Canada, just not possible.

Am I a loon in your guy's opinion based on what I said? Or can you see that I believe in freedom and less government interference in our lives? Bush , Obama and whoever are generally out to get rich and their friends rich. To believe in someone like Obama so much and unconditionally as it appears, seems foolish and dangerous.

Government is or should be, like a referee only. We play the game of life and they should stay out of our way as much as possible and let us, as individuals, choose our own path (right or wrong) in life. Our lives.

Dwight is a good judge of character. All you have to do is to look at how both the democrats and republicans went gaga over Ted Kennedy's death and you know something isn't right in this country. Then you had the throngs of sheeple standing in line to see his hearse driving down the highway even.Bizzarro world we live in,pretty damn sick where people have to have false gods and heroes to admire.

Vegas shouldn't be called sin city.DC and Ottawa should be called that.At least in Vegas, crooks know they are crooks. In DC and Ottawa, you are called an esteemed law maker.
