I'm on the under in this game, I view the side as a cook flip, Dak arm Garrapollo have both been garbage most of the second half of the season, the 49er secondary has struggled though too.

Cowboys games aren't fun to watch when you're on the Under. Kellen Moore might come out attacking SF's secondary straight away, knowing he has a personnel advantage. Then you have Shanahan on the other side playing with house money... Where the turnovers occur gonna be huge.

Cowboys defense has been very good the last month and their offense hasn't looked good except for the meaningless game against th Eagles third stringers. Garrapollo hasn't been consistent either.

Pitt was missing defenders in the previous game.
The stats were basically even except for 2 turn overs.

I wouldn't say stats were basically even...

Chiefs averaged 7.9 yards per pass, Steelers 3.8. That's a significant difference. Pitt did run the ball well though.

Ever since Roth got his elbow surgery he has never been the same. I remember he used to have guys hanging on him and he was so strong he'd throw the ball anyways. He was an incredible qb, now he's a shell of himself.

He says the Steelers have no chance, lose by 20+. If this guy is retiring, does he show up or what. For me it's hard to tell with this guy, cause he sux but then he's got all the motivation he could ever want, like Kobe's last game.

The Niners seem to be the flavor of the week, which is a little puzzling because I see this game as the toughest side to handicap. I figured it'd be a near 50/50 split but all the touts and talking heads are putting their chips on SF. Recency bias maybe? This is the late game on Sunday and the number is painted at 3, so I might see how things fall in the first three games and then fade the noise with a small play on DAL.

Eagles, 49ers and Cardinals should cover the spread as underdogs.

The Eagles are like Michigan. Getting the lead is critical.

If they can get the lead, they can pound the game into submission like Michigan did with Ohio State and Iowa.

But if they get behind, Jalen Hurts is not expected to throw his team back into the game.

We kinda saw that today with the Bills-Patriots. The Bills got the lead, they're a running team. They just ran the ball into pounding the game into infinity, making them look better than they are. Similar to Michigan v Ohio State and v Iowa. Then Michigan gets down points against Georgia, and they get the doors blown off them.

With these kind of running teams it's best to take the ball and get the lead, though I didn't expect the Patriots or expect the Buccs to do that.

Glad no dogs covered yet. Not that it matters cause I don't play the "due game". Been liking the 49ers like most of you here. If it's a toss-up then give me the points... I can get them at +3.5 but at -119. I did parlay the Bengals and Bills with Bucs the last leg on the ML. Still like the Eagles and the points so worse case is I even out but hopefully it's a close game and win both. It's hard to cap. I could see a blowout if the Eagles get behind early.

Still on the fence on KC. That's a lot of points to lay in a playoff game. I might tease it down -6 and SF +10.5-- What do you guys think?

I don't feel comfortable backing the Eagles the more I thought about it. The Bucs outgained them 399-213 in their matchup earlier this year, so the final score was a little misleading. Plus, Fournette and David returned to practice Wednesday. The Buc's offensive line which has 3 pro bowlers allowed an NFL low 23 sacks. When Brady is protected he can pick teams apart.
