Looks like 3 players went all in, with different chip stack amounts, so the small stack had the best hand but the larger stack players were playing for the sidepot.

Main pot was the person with pocket queens who took it with full house queens full of 3's. The side pot 8's and 3's winning over 4's and 3's.

Lets say you had 5,000 and went all in
next players goes all in with 10,000
next player calls 7,000 all in.

you will take the main pot of 15,000
and the remaining 4,000 will go to the winner of the side pot since you didn't have that player covered

You did beat both of them and won the main pot, however there was a side pot between the other two players after you were all in which the pair of 8s won over the pair of 4s

It wasn't a tie you won the entire main pot and he won the entire side pot which was only between him and the other player

You only won the main pot. Likely, you had a small amount of chips when the hand started while the other 2 had a much larger stack which created a side pot. Let me illustrate:

There are three people in the hand:

                        Player 1: 2000 chips

                        Player 2: 4000 chips

                        Player 3: 4000 chips

                        All 3 go all-in preflop.

The main pot will be: 6000 chips, contested by all 3 players.

Because the other 2 have 2000 additional chips over the lowest stack, they will create a side pot of 4000 that will only be contested by player 2 and 3. It would be inherently unfair for player 1 to have a chance at the side pot when he didn't have the chips to match the additional chips held by player 2 and 3.
