yea im trying to get a house right now, looking to buy a bank repo for about 85k at 5% with payments around 700 a month after taxes, in the meantime ill have 3 friends living with me that ill charge 300 each. Hold onto it for about 2-5 years and sale for a profit. The property was worth 300k about 2 years ago. The property is in a decent area with current equity already but needs about 10-15k in work , but i wont worry about the repairs til the backend when im ready to sale

2k for rent? where do you live? yea i moved back in with my mom about 4 months ago when my roommate could no longer make rent. Been looking for a place ever since, but my friend whos 27 and owns like 5 houses keeps telling me that right now you can get a house for cheaper than renting and hes right. Plus you have a write off when your payingi nterest on the house whereas renters credit is nothing.

Im a realist, im here to tell it how it is and help people out. Not turn people away and talk shit for the fact that i don't have a life. I no the point of the post but i can then give my experience. You think gambling is a good investment get into real estate especially commercial property. My uncle worked 7 years in his entire life. hes been retired for over 20 years and make 25k a month off his commercial properties
