Wow! Thomorino has lost it. My post wasn't about him. I have not been in any of his threads for a few months now. Not sure where he got the idea I'm following him around all day. He did call me names in the SF-Titans poll thread because I liked Titans to win the game (which they did). Everytime I post a winner I'm getting called names and never run to the mods or called him any names in return.

I'm in favor of having sports talk only, as it was the norm when I first joined this forum, about angles on games and to what to bet.

But if you want to clean it up you have to have a strict policy of not allowing the threads I mentioned beeing started daily about nonsense (not the ones by thomorino). This is why you have trolls in PT. Because for every 1 good sports talk thread there are 5 threads about I lost my bankroll, I only bet $1.50 a day, I am out of the game watching porn and eating oriole cookies..etc.

Yes there are entertaining threads but it beats the purpose of trying to turn PT into a serious sport talk forum. So you have to make a decision. Do you want PT to be fun and let people troll OR cut the shit and let have only serious sports talk. You will get all the serious sport talkers back and some new ones if you limit it to sports talk and yes traffic may suffer in the beginning but it will be better for the long run as you will not be giving fuel to trolls to use all the time with the asinine threads.

I'm not disagreeing with you. But if you want to do a mix like you are proposing you will never get rid of the trolls. So the mods will keep moving threads to The Saloon daily, leave some in PT that shouldn't be in it, have posters calling names each other and trying to police it because people don't know what is the purpose of PT. Is it just fun or is it serious sports talk? Are there any rules posted of what we should be posting in the PT only?
