How long before players begin to routinely leave the team with two or three games remaining, including the rivalry game, to "prepare for the draft"?

#44Three knees and call it a day would have been the way to go.
Funky halfback fumble at the goal line that gets scooped for a 100 yard back, next thing you know it's a one score game.
Makes no sense to punch it in.
Dolphins tonight.Comment -

#46Even a pre-schooler could've taken WMU -6.5. Ya'll don't get ahead of yourself calling that "capping" a game. WMU should've been -17/-20 in this one.Comment -

#49I actually like that though for WM. Win only their 2nd bowl ever. Nevada is completely gutted. 6 of 7 top receivers out. Of course QB Carson Strong is out. Top tackler out. 2 starting Oline out. Entire off staff went with old coach. They'll fight but I see lack of depth and situation like Florida/UCF game. Nevada might be close 1H but will wear down w/all these kids that aren't used to playing
Nevada QB is 6'9" too? Nobody and I mean nobody has ever been good at that height? Won't be able to run away? WM will wear them down in a boring game like 31-16 imoComment -

I'm not knocking you winning the game (I didn't bet it). I'm knocking the fact that someone would consider themselves "capping" that game. Thinking they are full of knowledge when all you had to do was see Nevada's whole team was out (starters). That's not capping game. Sorry. But, congrats!
Like I said the line SHOULD'VE been pulled off the board or WMU-20. That was the biggest gift I've seen the books give someone in their life. So, enjoy the X-mas present.Comment -

#52Nevada didn't want to be in this Bowl. They didn't even try. They need to ask teams that don't want to play to stay home.Comment -

I gamble on sports to make a living.....to survive. I haven't worked in over 4 years now no job, no other income (no pension, no SS, no monthly free money, no welfare, no nothing), nothing else. I didn't bet this game. So, don't you ever run your fukkin' mouth like this you retard. And, I started with around a 1k bankroll with no savings over 4+ years ago.
I'm not bragging or boasting, but you put any other bettor in that same position.....they'd have to get a job a long time ago or find another source of income.
You're the exact reason why I would never bother posting my 99% locks in here.Comment -

#55I will say it again and again and again. And if you think you're going to win games like this on a consistent basis, then you're not winning gambler long-term.

#56Well, I don't know your story until some of it now. But, hey, maybe we are more alike than not alike in the gambling world anyway. Don't know anything else about you to say more.Comment -

#58I'm just not fond of betting on uncertainty. Look at the NFL yesturday, this Qb is in, this one is out. I think there were about 7-10 QB changes this week with either starter returning or new guy in there. So, I played really light yesturday after doing well on Saturday. Tonite, Ian Book is starting too. Another uncertainty. First start in NFL.
So, for me, no play! Unless, I see something in-game that I want to bet.Comment
