That's the rule. At 0:00 they only kick it if it matters.

Was it changed on review? Seemed to happen really fast, I think they changed it on the field, not sure.

How does it not matter when the line is 7 and the only reason I'm watching a horrible QB like Fields and a dumbass coach like Nagy is because I have a bet on the game.

Tough night. I had Cleveland getting 1.5 and Chicago getting 7. But I get what I deserve because.....I bet the Bears after I promised myself I never ever would again. I can't remember a team that's harder to watch then da Bears. My heart goes out to their proud fans.
