I tried this one day in where I played 3 tables on pokerstars for about 10 hours only stopping to RUN and use the bathroom. I ended up loosing my roll that day. How did you do?

Its certainly a grind, but it can be profitable and fun for some people. Personally I prefer playing 6-8 tables for a lesser amount of time. Are you playing six max or nine handed?

6 max usually. Have gotten away from multi-table in order to "play the player rather than just my hand". I know I sound like a dork but its the truth.
