A friend has the following problem regarding a Pinnacle cashout:
He deposited via e-check before football season, and doesn't really bet much other than football, so he wasn't aware of Pinnacle's change in policy regarding US customers. So he recently requested a cashier's check. He received an e-mail saying it was declined due to delay in payment to US customers. What route does he need to take? I mentioned a book to book transfer, but he didn't really want to do that. Thanks in advance.
