The irony is this "loophole" is in direct violation of the very amendment the powers that be scammed their way into adoption. Any increase in casinos/class 3 gaming is supposed to be put to the voters. If the bible thumping anti-gambling fuks should somehow win a lawsuit then bye bye sportsbook. All this could have been avoided if the legislature just did their job instead of pandering to special interest (money).

Looking good in this case, doesn’t seem like either side had their act together in court today. Judge will hear more arguments Tuesday the 9th and rule by November 15. Depending on which lawyers you believe either side could prevail. The real problem is whoever loses here will appeal and that could stop mobile wagering till it’s settled, or the judge could let it stand till the appeal is heard
