Step 1: ban fast food ads/commercials, Step 2: put high taxes on fast food to make it twice as expensive, Step 3: If your BMI is 30+ your employer can fire you, Step 4: Pay a monthly fine if your BMI is 30+ and you don't have a medical reason for it. There, obesity reduced by 90%.
